Being Positive is as easy as...1...2...3

Ok, so one of the questions I'm asked the most is how I remain so positive in my life. What do I do on a daily basis to remain calm and stay passionate about what I believe in? Well I'm here to tell you its simply the state of mind in which you led you everyday lifestyle.

     Do people judge? Yes. Why? I really think its because its a direct reflection on what they think about themselves. There is no need for it, but it happens every single day. Especially when it comes to.....handbags! So what if you bought a bag that costs as much as a teenagers first car! So what if your idea of relaxation is running your fingers through the glorious silk scarves at Hermes! So what if your idea of a treasure hunt is finding a Louis Vuitton in the United States that is made in France! (When you do find one, its better than discovering gold! Am I right?) Do you! What makes you happy? What makes your heart sing? Not everyone understand the passion and that is fine, but don't let someone elses'  judgement or dirty looks change how you feel when you hold that magnificent leather embossed handbag in Noir that is the Louis Vuitton Artsy in Empriente leather. There is an entire community of handbag addicts that look forward to your reveal, handbag talk or stunning pictures on Instagram! We want to see them!! 

   I consider myself to have pretty thick skin and you kind of have to if you're going to make yourself available for the entire world to see. Have I gotten nasty comments? Of course! Does it bother me? Not in the least. You want to know why? Well I understand that life is too short. Its that easy. We are on this Earth for such a short time that I want to make every day count. Live life to the fullest and without regrets. There are no "what if's" only "can't wait". Being positive is key. Take those nasty comments with a grain of salt. Ignore them. The more you feed into it, the more they will feed on bringing you down. 

Happiness. What does it mean to you when you read the word aloud? If it's a bag then go for it. Don't worry about anyone else. YOU are the one that matters! YOU! YOUR happiness!! Go out there and make your dreams come true and don't hold back. Your handbag is just an extension of your FABULOUS personality!

We must be crazy...or is it just me?!

Ok so we've established the fact that I have a very STRONG addiction to luxury handbags. However I think it's started a whole different way in which I see the necessities in life. Keep reading and you'll understand what I'm babbling about. 

Have you ever been shopping for hmm let's say, silverware, and you can't phathom spending more than $100 on silverware because well it's silverware? However, huge HOWEVER, you'd be willing to spend $1200 on a handbag with just a slight flinching? Don't worry, you're not alone. I'm here to tell you that it doesn't make you crazy or snobby, it makes you human.

I honestly think the main reason is adrenaline. Silverware is just that. Nothing more, nothing less, but a handbag is an expression of your personality. It's mere purchase gives you butterflies and giddiness, much like those of your teenage years. It doesn't mean your priorities are screwed up or superficial, but indulging in an expensive handbag puts you on cloud 9 that only a select few can understand. I know, I'm one of them. 

In closing, next time you think twice about spending $100 on a household necessity and little to no help in the convincing of buying luxury goods, don't feel bad. Only luxury addicts such as ourselves can understand. It's more than a handbag, it's a work of art!

The gateway to luxury goods....

Taking the plunge to buy a designer handbag for the first time  is something we do without thinking about it as a gateway drug......it's quite addicting. It can become a ridiculously pricey hobby that will at times make you question your sanity!

 I consider myself your average Joe and I was bite by the labels in my early teenage years. I started this blog to give you guys some input of what I've learned throughout the years and the many mistakes I've made. Last year, I put aside my fears and started a YouTube channel to share my passion for luxury goods. Can I just say...Wow! I have been so blessed to have been able to come in contact with so many amazing people who share the same love for handbags! A true purse enthusiast can understand another, without judgement or dislike.
